MyCashout Terms and Conditions

I. Online Entry

Players may enter via www.mycashout.net by:

• Entering their valid Nigerian mobile number.
• Selecting the number of tickets to purchase (maximum: 20 tickets per transaction).
• Making payment via supported payment gateways (e.g., OPay, Paystack, Monnify).

II. USSD Entry

To enter via USSD, dial *966*000*96610034+amount# on a mobile phone:

• Select your preferred station.
• Choose the number of tickets to purchase.
• Complete payment using USSD or bank transfer.
• Receive SMS confirmation upon successful payment.

III. Play via USSD Link

• Visit www.mycashout.net and click the 'Play via USSD' link.
• Follow the prompts to select station and ticket quantity.
• The system will initiate the correct USSD session.
• Complete payment and receive confirmation via SMS.

3.1 Each entry costs ₦300, with a limit of 30 entries per transaction. Multiple transactions are allowed for the same draw.

3.2 Entries after the advertised deadline roll over to the next draw.

3.3 A valid Nigerian mobile number is required for entry.

3.4 Deposited funds are non-withdrawable and solely for game participation.

3.5 MYCASHOUT promotes responsible gaming. Only play with what you can afford.

3.6 All participants, regardless of entry method, have equal winning chances. Winners are selected randomly using a Cross River State Lottery and Gaming Agency approved Random Number Generator (RNG).

3.7 Players may authorize a third party (friend or POS agent) to make payment, but must initiate the entry process using their own number.

3.8 It is the Player's responsibility to ensure correct transaction details are shared.

3.9 Naijalott Promotions Ltd is not liable for misdirected winnings due to third-party errors. Players must:

• Use their mobile number for entry.
• Keep proof of payment (e.g., SMS, receipts).
• Ensure third parties follow instructions precisely.

3.10 Players must answer their phones during live draws. If unreachable, a new winner may be selected.

3.11 If a live call is disconnected, we will attempt to call back. If unsuccessful, a new winner will be selected.

3.12 MYCASHOUT reserves the right to refuse entries or limit participation without explanation.

3.13 Employees, directors, contractors, and their immediate families are not eligible to play unless for testing purposes and with written authorization.

4.1 Winners are selected via RNG and results are final unless proven otherwise.

4.2 Winnings up to ₦300,000 are credited directly to the Player's registered account. Prizes above this amount must be claimed in person with a valid ID at Naijalott Promotions Ltd's office.

4.3 Winners will be notified via SMS and may receive follow-up communication for verification and testimonial purposes.

4.4 Prizes unclaimed after 30 days are forfeited unless the Player notifies MYCASHOUT within 7 days of the end of the claim period.

5.1 Prizes must be claimed within 30 days using one of the following channels:

• Online: Log into your MYCASHOUT account and confirm bank details.
• Phone: Call Customer Support at +234 904 899 4848 during business hours.
• Email: Contact support@mycashout.net.
• In-Person: For prizes above ₦300,000, visit our office with valid ID.

5.2 For exceptional delays beyond 30 days, written notice must be given and claim completed within an additional 7 days.

5.3 Payments are made via direct deposit or bank transfer. Higher-value winners may be asked to provide additional documentation.

5.4 Proof of payment is required for disputes. Players must provide:

• SMS confirmation.
• Bank receipts or payment screenshots.
• Details of any third party involved in payment.

6.1 Players are responsible for:

• Providing accurate personal and payment information.
• Safeguarding their account credentials.
• Retaining transaction records.
• Meeting any tax obligations as required by Nigerian law.

6.2 MYCASHOUT is not responsible for losses due to negligence in handling account details.

7.1 Naijalott Promotions Ltd shall not be held liable for:

• Technical disruptions outside its control.
• Errors due to misuse of credentials.
• Payment issues from third-party errors.
• Delays from network or banking service providers.

7.2 Liability is limited to refunding entry fees or disbursing prizes.

8.1 MYCASHOUT protects Player data in accordance with Nigerian data protection laws. Data may be shared only for regulatory compliance or service delivery.

8.2 Players may receive promotional messages unless they opt out.

9.1 Any dispute will be submitted to the Cross River State Lottery and Gaming Agency for resolution.

9.2 MYCASHOUT may withhold disputed prizes until resolution is finalized.

10.1 These Terms are governed by Nigerian law. Updates will be posted on www.mycashout.net and take immediate effect upon publication.

10.2 All intellectual property on MYCASHOUT platforms is owned by Naijalott Promotions Ltd and may not be used without prior written consent.
